Things don’t always go the way you plan. I thought I’d have a sweet little family — a couple of boys, an adoring husband, and a cute house with a yard. But one day I woke up with a failed marriage, two small babies, no job, and no idea how I was going to take care of us. If I’m honest, it was one of the lowest points of my life.
But in the middle of all that uncertainty, one thing grounded me — we had a home. A place to go back to every night. A couch that held little bodies buried under blankets, a fireplace where our stockings hung, the smell of fresh baked sourdough and essential oils, our pup snoring in the corner, with kids artwork and lego pieces scattered all around. Those four walls didn’t just hold our stuff — they held our peace, our safety, and everything that made us feel like a family.
And that’s when it clicked. I wanted to help other people find that same sense of safety and belonging. Life is always going to throw you curveballs — that part you can count on. But having a place to land, a space that feels like yours no matter what’s happening around you, changes everything.

Stephanie worked hard to understand our needs and wants. Being a native to the area she gave us great insight into the areas we were interested in and did really well to come up with listings for us to consider. Once we found the house we wanted she helped us understand our options and was able to negotiate with the sellers on the price, length of escrow, and credits! She really advocated for us and got us to a place where we and the sellers were comfortable.
