that stress and confusion just come with the territory.
You deserve someone who’s not afraid to tell you when something feels off — or when it’s time to go all in. And trust me, I will do just that.
As a born-and-raised Portlander, I’ve seen this city change and grow — and I know which neighborhoods have heart, which ones are overhyped, and how to help you land somewhere that actually feels like home.
I’m not here to hand you a stack of listings and smile through it. I’ll tell you which homes are absolutely not worth your time, how to write an offer that actually wins in this market, and what you should and shouldn’t stress over during inspections. I’ll show you how to negotiate for what you want without sacrificing the house you love — and I’ll give you my unfiltered opinion every single time. No fluff. No sugarcoating. No BS sales pitch. Just straight talk from someone who’s in it for you.
Born and raised in Portland, I know this city on a gut level — not just the listings and zip codes, but the neighborhoods that actually feel like community. And as a single mom, I’ve built everything from scratch and know what it feels like to juggle uncertainty and still want stability for your family. This perspective keeps me grounded, calm, and fiercely protective of my clients.
Things don’t always go the way you plan. I thought I’d have a sweet little family — a couple of boys, an adoring husband, and a cute house with a yard. But one day I woke up with a failed marriage, two small babies, no job, and no idea how I was going to take care of us. If I’m honest, it was one of the lowest points of my life.
But in the middle of all that uncertainty, one thing grounded me — we had a home. A place to go back to every night. A couch that held little bodies buried under blankets, a fireplace where our stockings hung, the smell of fresh baked sourdough and essential oils, our pup snoring in the corner, with kids artwork and lego pieces scattered all around. Those four walls didn’t just hold our stuff — they held our peace, our safety, and everything that made us feel like a family.
And that’s when it clicked. I wanted to help other people find that same sense of safety and belonging. Life is always going to throw you curveballs — that part you can count on. But having a place to land, a space that feels like yours no matter what’s happening around you, changes everything.
That’s what home is. And that’s what I want to help people find

Stephanie worked hard to understand our needs and wants. Being a native to the area she gave us great insight into the areas we were interested in and did really well to come up with listings for us to consider. Once we found the house we wanted she helped us understand our options and was able to negotiate with the sellers on the price, length of escrow, and credits! She really advocated for us and got us to a place where we and the sellers were comfortable.
I can honestly say that even though we were excited to close on our new home, it was bittersweet knowing the time working with Stephanie was coming to an end. Stephanie is a genuine, personable, hardworking, trustworthy, and communicative realtor. If we ever have another real estate need I won’t hesitate to reach out for her help.
